I must confess that I've been a "reader" rather than a "writer" for this
discussion group. I've never participated in an online discussion before
and therefore was hesitant about the protocol. I wonder if there are
discussion starters that might get the collaboration off the ground -
almost like an icebreaker? Sometimes just finding out a little about
other participants takes the edge off.

P.S. I'm not a Project Director but know that the timing is off due to the annual report deadline.
