I would be interested to hear briefly how you now see the difference between coop learning as supported by the new structures you're trying out, and the "group work" embedded in the FOSS and otherkits. Also, are the results that teachers (and you) see improvements in depth, in coverage, in classroom climate, some/all of these? This is an intriguing Nugget. Did you plan to use the Kagan Coop system from the beginning of your LSC, or was this an extension of your plans?
