Resource teachers team with scientist-mentors to develop science courses. In Addition, Dr. Lillian Mc Dermott, Physics Department at the University of Washington, provides resource and lead teachers with a five credit course in Inquiry-Based Physics.In addition, through a grant, resource and lead teachers participate in cognitive coaching and other adult learning experiences to enhance their skills as they work with classroom teachers.
