Do you make use of anything like portfolios or other documentation? I am particularly interested in materials collected daily or weekly, and then reflected upon later -- it can be tricky to design such a system, though, so that [a] the information will be useful, [b] that the collection is not onerous for the teachers, and [c] that it feeds into teachers' own questions about themselves, as well as the researchers'. Who has had a great success with this?
