How to accurately capture the context and "flavor" of a...

Issue Addressed:

How to accurately capture the context and "flavor" of a project by documenting individual reflections on personal goals, transformations, learnings, and experiences.

Solution:

All project staff are urged to prepare portfolios which address facets of the project that are not necessarily documented through the Core Evaluation procedures and data. The staff include the project management, university faculty, district administrators, teacher mentors, and preservice teachers. Their contributions are woven into the project annual report.

Unresolved Issues:

Moving to 100% participation in portfolio preparation.
