subject: Critical points in your innovation?
So far we've looked at teachers' content knowledge, and the role of the
professional developers, and I guess the administrators or implementers.
In the system described in this case, there are many "critical points"
where preparation, attitudes, and expectations are decisive in the success
of the reform -- Do you see parallels in your projects? Are there critical
points that are not represented in this case, that you have had to deal with
? If you had to advise the implementers on where next to put their
attention for repair and progress, where would you point?
