The EdTech LeadersT Online (ETLO) program is a project based at the Education Development Center, a non profit organization focusing on curriculum development, professional development, educational research, and innovative uses of technology in education. ETLO is designed to assist K-12 school districts, teacher training institutions, State Departments of Education, and other organizations in the development and running of online courses for students and teachers. There are several components to the program. It offers online course development specialist training, online courses for students and/or teachers, professional development planning, and ongoing support.
