Communication among partners, i.e., school districts (lead teachers and administrators),...

This brings up a couple of interesting questions. One is: How to best facilitate ongoing communication between these partners? The other: how/if at all will this partnership continue after the grant when you can no longer facilitate the process? I'd like to hear how other projects (and yours as well) are thinking about this.
