Are the evaluation methods designed to exemplify the pedagogy you are advocating? I know that in projects I have been on, this has not always been the case -- the evaluation plan uses methods and instruments that are at odds with our avowed principles, and this has made the evaluators seem like aliens, or external to the project. A tough lesson to bear in mind, when one wants some quick, clear "findings" !
