Whoops, the TAB key automatically sends the message!

It was absolutely amazing to observe a teacher use this assessment
training with a group of 4 students this fall. In about five minutes,
through her questions and use of manipulatives with a group of second
graders, she clearly revealed how differently each student
conceptualized number even though they could all get the right answer.
For example, one student might need to count on one at a time to add,
while another was certain of the sum when adding the entire group of
manipulatives.

We hope to video some examples of these assessment tasks for use in our
training this summer.
