subject: Welcome!
"Assessment" was one of the most popular topics suggested for an LSC-Net
discussion. We hope to explore whether your project is taking data on
student outcomes related to your program, what you are measuring, and how
you are measuring it. In addition, we hope you will share whether you have
any results to date, and if so, whether your findings are helping shape your
program.
In order to make this most useful to the participants, it'd be very
helpful if each participant could post a short message, telling us who they
are, what their project is, and the one or two questions or issues you'd
most like to address here, or hear from others about. That will get the
main themes out, introduce us to each other, and move us to the next level.
It will also help everyone make sure they know how to post and read! I will
be moderating the discussion for LSC_net, but I am eager to have a
co-moderator from among the participants, so if you'd like to work with me
on this, please let me know!
