The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory (NCREL) has provided a collection of articles, case studies, on-line resources, and supporting materials around a number of themes critical to implementation of technology in schools. The themes include "Developing a School or District Technology Plan (Revised, March 1998)," "Ensuring Equitable Use of Education Technology," and "Using Technology to Enhance Engaged Learning for At-Risk Students." NCREL also plans on providing resources for the following four themes: "Improving Student Achievement Through Technology," "Engaging Learning Through Technology," "Using the New Technologies to Support Professional Development," and "Networking as a Learning Tool."
