We have teacher leaders for math and science in our school. They assist with demonstration lessons and are co-presenters for workshops. They are usually well received, definitely by those within our school. They have my full support as their principal. We have also set up peer coaching teams for math to support Investigations. Because of a colleagial atmosphere, they are very supportive of each other.
