We are quite excited about our work this year with teacher leaders...we are interested in discussing with other initiatives e identified "math leaders" at each school and hearing about the types of conflicts that may have arisen between these individuals and their colleagues as well as with their administrators. Of course, we are most interested in how these issues have been resolved, not just re-stated.
