Issue Addressed:

Does anyone have good information on how to build test banks for 7-12 science courses that allow for pre and post testing with high reliability with achievement in the National Standards in Science? We need to build test banks so teachers can use assessment for summative as well as formative purposes in a very time efficient manner. Also, does is anyone using a software program to track student progress through the standards which also allows for teachers to design lesson plans for specific goals and objectives that could stored on the computer for all interested teachers to have access? Thanks for any information you can provide regarding these questions.
