David, We started involving the community (even before being funded) by conducting "Awareness" sessions at PTA meetings, civic club meetings, principal's meetings and school board meetings. We are in the process of establishing a Finance Committee which will not only assist with securing additional funding, but will also be a strong link to the business community.
