subject: I think Ruth makes some good points about finding a good PD person
I think Ruth makes some good points about finding a good PD person and
the importance, no the critical importance of the principal's support.
But what if you don't find a great Pd person--what if, in spite of the
best of intentions, you can't seem to get the whole hearted attention
of the principal. In other words, what should be done NOW at the end
of the case? Do you fire Igor, when some people really like him. What
proactive things could you do to get jack Mann more involved?? What can
be done??
